- Start to finish Ford Raptor foam wash with all the satisfying sights and sounds of detailing we all know and love. This wash was performed to safely remove surface contamination in order to prep this truck for polishing and ceramic coating, not shown! We take you through all of the steps in the order we like to perform them on vehicles of this condition. From the initial rinsing all the way to the final step of mechanical decontamination we try to capture the most satisfying aspects of this detail!

This is what I call over-delivering, both in terms of cleaning and video. I especially love the shot starting at 8:34, where the slide the camera to the left and then also open the bottle leftwise. Would you ever share your technique to your video editing/recording? Super satisfying and I’ve love to learn what you do/how you do it as I want to start one day.
When your working on a car with factory decals like the Raptor. What steps do you take to protect the decals that are different from the paint. Clay Bar? Polishing? Protectants? Or do you treat it just like the paint work?
Avoid with clay, tape when polishing and use the correct protection. If they're gloss you can polish them, requires different techniques but absolutely doable!

hey bro two questions. 1. Did you rinse the car off again after claying or did you go straight into drying? and 2. Typically after claying a vehicle it will cause slight marring to the paintwork, so did you polish afterward to remove it or is there a certain way to claybar to where it doesnt mar the paint? thanks man! love your channel

i could see that your iK fomer is leaking bubbles from the sides which is whats happening on mine. bugs the crap out of me! you can try and wrap some plastic around the top giving it a tighter seal. but great video again! keep up the good work mate!

There was essentially no surface contamination, Rinsing it would have just wasted water and time. In most cases its more effective to massage iron removers into the paint.

Dope! Been waiting for a new drop. I don't do it as a business but detailing my own ride has become a passion and very therapeutic over this last year. I've learn a lot about products and techniques and practice a little something every week or so. Hey man...I don't want to hammer you with questions but I just have a couple. How often would you hit your ride (wheels, body etc.) with IronX? Also, I noticed in this video you sprayed the truck down with ironX and went straight to foam cannon and washed. You like that method to let the Ironx really do its job or did you just edit out the rinse before foam? Another banger! Keep em coming
Hey Robert! Thats awesome to hear! I would personally do a chemical recon about once every 3 months. This truck only has a couple hundred kilometres on it so there wasn't a bunch of bonded contamination which is why I was comfortable just spraying foam over. It also further allows you to work it into the paint. The vehicle was polished and ceramic coated afterwards which is why you see no protection after the wash. Hope that helps!

Tooooo many! Busiest summer of my life and all I was thinking about the whole time was making videos😭. We do about 2-3 ceramic coatings a week and then random maintenance details in the mix
