It’s mid August. Home prices are now dropping where I am in South Carolina. We’ve had our home listed for a month and have dropped the price 40k. It’s not listed at 480k. It’s a 4 BR, 3 Bath on 2 acres, and the house is only 3 yrs old. We’ve had zero offers. My guess? Interest rates are too high and so people aren’t buying….just staying put.

Hi, i just want to say that listen to this man describe the exact economic situation that my country is suffering since about 50 years from now (ARGENTINA) so perfectly and clear makes me wanna translate this video and broadcast to the entire country so they understand whats the goverment is doing to the middle and low class making everybody poor and poor everyday. It's obvious that recession is here. Sometimes I tell myself to be positive regardless of the situation but I see we're at it already because things are really getting from bad to worse. Everything going south and the Government cares less. I'm slowly losing my mind because I don't know if there's gonna be any solution to survive this phase.
