As a norwegian I like that you picked a safe bet like Karpe. What I would like to see from Sweden though is older shit like Ken Ring in his prime. That's something I think could vibe with people not knowing the language.. like BB Berattelsen and Ta det lungt.

very cool they love you St J.. I like the first artist too, kinda reminds me of Germanys 2SCRATCH. btw I've been thinkin.. So I listen to music All the time, all genres all hours. I feel like there's a style genre or track that your "lifes soundtrack" requires to keep running at optimal levels... where your peaking all the time. I call it "steam rollin" cuz you can take ANYTHING ON if your in the zone you can steam roll anything.. I wont apologize for the length of this cuz Im just excited! so anyway I was hoping you would check out these two artists if you dont already know them "Arab Muzik from providence and 2 Scratch from germany"...I would LOVE to see you collab with them aarab has been on the scene for awhile but his music is more powerful and full of substance than any other artist I've known.. hes been shot on stage multiple times... hes crazy good cant hold him down tho any of his tracks w vocals on it are great and he is flawless on bpm on the beat pads so check him! Also 2 scratch hes comin up HARD and fast I swear each track gets better and better as he continues to ramp up. I think you would compliment both artists very well and imo would BREAK yall through to unprecedented heights. check em out... hope you do... keep em comin!

Honestly, when it comes to rap in Scandinavia, neither Sweden or Denmark can even compare to Norway. Karpe’s beats alone are fire, but when you understand what you’re saying they’re honestly genius.I swear, if everyone knew what they were singing about, they would have been known all over the world.

Why are you guys deleting comments...? I LOVE this channel, but you have to be able to listen to criticism sometimes.. Let's discuss instead. Felt like you were all over karpes D*** this time. That is just my opinion. At least let the guy react BEFORE telling him that Karpe are the biggest artist i Norway and that they are HUGE fans of his work...There is a lot of good new Norwegian music out there (like Kamelens newest), that you could have showed him. Rather than showing an OLD karpe video to please them and the blogs....
We’re not deleting comments (unless you use slurs based on race, gender or sexual orientation)? We love discussing. We also told him that Branco and Gilli where Denmarks biggest, and the same with Z.e, before showing their videos. Keep in min this is about half of the footage filmed, and you only get an edited version. 😊 Kamelens new video dropped one week after this was filmed, but it’s included in another upcoming reacts video. The fact is that the biggest artist in Norway rearly drop videos, so often you have to go back in time to show who’s the biggest in Norway. Karpe, Arif, Ferrari, Cez and even Kamelen (even tho he dropped a new video last week).

You already raised his expectations, especially telling him that they are HUGE fans of his work. That alone made me want to skip his reaction to karpes video because I already knew how he would react. I honestly think he would have reacted in a positive way even if the video / song wack, only because of the way you guys presented it to him.
@@ctrobert427 Ofc they get a better presentation than the others, due to m1k3 and Ajjir beeing in the room + Marius relationship to Karpe, but this isn't an interview. This is a reaction video, and the format is personally. We aim to include our own taste and preferanses, and have a talk more than an interview. Maybe even argue with the artist if we're not on the same page. The point is to get an reaction!

Get a more charismatic guy to do your interviews - at least when sitting across from someone of this magnitude. This whole “no idea who you are”, stumbling across the words, problems with articulation and generally just not matching the vibe of the guest, does not really come across too well. Saint Jhn seems to be handling it, but honestly it would work much better with an interviewer that actually has some attitude (and not in the same way as the current one), admiration for his guests and understanding of how to create flow in a conversation. That’s just my take on it.
Watch some of the newer interviews he has done on the channel, he has gotten a lot better, he even wrote a comment himself saying it was harder interviewing rappers in front of a camera, when he wasn't used to it, but he has gotten more used to it now. Really great guy

The point was, Norway don't have a "dominant sound" like the two other countries, not that Sweden and Denmark only have one sound.

YLTV Eftersom ni visade en 4 år gammal norsk låt så hade ni ju kunnat visa Lorentz - där dit vinden kommer. Tror saint jhn hade uppskattat den mer än Z.E. Alternativt Ant Wan, lite mer sound än bara straight rap, hade också funkat bättre antagligen. Parham - Fingertoppar? Tror Aitch hade uppskattat Z.E mer än Saint Jhn. Bara så jag menar.

Jag som svensk och musikproducent lyssnar inte på svensk musik alls, finns väl ett fåtal som faller mig i smaken men tyvärr låter dem flesta likadant och alla rappar om samma trötta saker. Tycker generellt att Danmark är bäst i Skandinavien. (Kesi, Benny, Gilli, mellamfm, Jamaika mm)
