    In Windows, the Preferences are called Options and it's under the View menu. The keyboard shortcut is [Ctrl]+[,]. Hold the Ctrl key down and press the comma key.

    David, in the External Devices tab you said UCNET Remote comes by default from PreSonus. Maybe in the Mac version, but not in the Windows version. I never saw it in the Artist version and I don't have it in the Professional version, FYI. ;

    Hey All,
    If I have a digital piano (Yamaha P45) that plugs directly to my laptop, should my input still be Mono Input 1?
    Appreciate your help!

    I don't see the record and playback input/output channels in the audio setup for Audiobox. Is that because I only have one device and it just knows what they are? Maybe because it is audiobox and not audiobox 96?

      It's because David's running the Macintosh version of PreSonus. You must be running the Windows version. You set your Recording and Playback Devices in the Control Panel under Manage Audio (change Control Panel view to Large icons and you should see "Manage Audio"). Make Audiobox 96 your Default Recording Device. If you're using headphones or monitor speakers, plug them into the Audiobox Headphone or Main jacks on the back and set the Audiobox as your Default Playback Device in Windows (again, under Manage Audio).

    I don’t have that “song setup” button on the bottom left. What to do?

    I have had this for about 5 days and can't hear anything. I can't move beyond video 7. My audiobox fails to open and says it failed to initialize and to check the hardware. I've downloaded universal driver, updated windows, restarted and nothing.
