Went there today with our 14-year old wheelchair-using boy. Such a nice house!
We live locally but it is worth travelling a few extra kms from Christchurch if you are interested in seeing a nice piece of Universal Design.
Standout features for me being the nice wide hallway that ties everything together, and proving that high-contrast electrical fittings are a feature that works far better than you would expect.

Nice pictures but no mention of insulation in the walls and roof space. Looks like aluminum windows. How can this be green? Should be UPVC. Aluminum is the worse possible materiel to use.

Went in there today and had a look... it is thermally broken aluminum framing.
External walls are thicker than normal to have more insulation, and roof insulation is well above minimum code requirements. Also has perimeter edge insulation on the slab.

@@hamsterworks Thermally broken, so better than standard aluminium but still not as good as UPVC windows. They almost got it right!
