  • The personal framework by Gretchen Rubin helps us understand and work better with our colleagues but also motivate and guide our language learners towards their goals.
In this episode we chat about the 4 different types:
    1. The Obligers - who need someone to keep them accountable to in order to show up and learn consistently.
    2. The Questioners - who need to be convinced before they commit to do a task.
    3. The Upholders - who love to be challenged so they can keep outperform themselves.
    4. The Rebels - who need the feeling of freedom and understand who they are in order to show up and act that way.
Listen to Lindsey and Dilyana - two language experts and coaches talking about the 4 tendencies and how they work with them when learning languages.
