This is a really great home for the 611 sqm. They maximized the lot size to perfection and build a very nice home with a lot of space inside.

I didn't realise Berkshire Hathaway were in Marbella! It's a nice house but the one negative that comes to mind is there is no garden, just small terraces!

Beautiful house. The only issue I see is the driveway and garage. The 90 degree turns from the street onto the driveway and then into the garage make it seem very tight getting in and out. Perhaps it doesn't show well on the video. I would like more room to maneuver while trying to enter or leave the garage. Maybe a turntable in the garage floor would solve the problem.

O mica sugestie, il urmaresc pe Enes Yilmazer cand creaza astfel de videouri, pentru mine acest video, pe acest canal de youtube este primul, nu pot sa inteleg perfect cum intrii dintr-o incapere in alta, prezentarea este foarte buna, nu ma deranjeaza o duscutie cu cameramanul, esti foarte frumoasa, este aproape perfect ! As dori sa se filmeze cumva daca este posibil, modul de a patrunde dintr-o incapere in alta... Succes si oauu, mi-as dori o astfel de casa !!

We haven't showed the solarium as we couldn't get to it and the drone shots we had end up being of poor quality so we decided not to stall the entire video for that. With regards to the garage exit, I can see where the concern is coming from but in the same time having myself a challenging entrance/ exit to the garage where I currently live, I can confidently say that after a few times you get used to it and you drive through without any problems 😊

I dunno, most people would probably prefer a bedroom less to have wider corridors and staircase, they feel cramped for such a property.
I was lost while counting the bathrooms. 1 on the terrace 1 on cinema room and 2 on ground one for the bedroom and 1 for guests? So 4 bathrooms?

Simply beautiful through and through, very nice house loved the master bedroom the terrace and the views, smaller room in the basement has potential for other purposes too small for a bedroom to me but overall very nice even room for a grill which i had to search myself because you didn't show the patio from all angles, the table and chairs off the kitchen on the patio you only shot a angle facing the pool only but camera should of swung around and covered that corner to get a idea of the size and what possibilities it has if you want to remove that table and chairs and place a grill there instead but couldn't determine how much room would be left for a table or a chair or two, cover all the angles dear but aside from that nice tour and again fantastic house👍🏼

That much too small bedroom has its own terrace. You could remove the sliding window - if you don't need a terrace - and place them between the terrace's posts and beams, so that the "outdoor" space will become part of the room's area, what easily double the room's size.
