What a beautiful song! I don't know why, but while listening to this song, I had a vision of my father and grandmother waiting for me in a ballroom and we started dancing and hugging. They both are in heaven and I miss them so much. 😢

This song came on my Pandora last night as I was driving down an old, dirt road with grass growing up in the middle. The trees were overhanging the road throughout the drive. My parents and I are in the car, and this beauty comes on my dad's pandora station that's filled with coldplay and harry styles (coldplay because of my dad and harry styles because of my mom). Got a pro and a con here. Am a big fan of Alice and Chains and this is one of my favorite songs that I always said needed way more strum time at the end and Billy gives that. My only con is I wish he wouldn't have extended it into a bluegrass strum which is what he's so accustomed to but I do thank him for extending it acoustically longer than the original. I hope I didn't offend anybody by this.

I will try to the best of my ability describe the place that this music has created in my mind.
I'm seating by a small tree, leaning on it's trunk with my eyes closed, slowly breathing in and as I exhale all my worries, and my problems fade away. As I open my eyes I see my wife next to me, softly touching hands, and we look up. A clear sky with a gentle breeze, and as we look down, a beautiful grassland sprinkled with small colorful flowers. As our 1 year old daughter shuffles around playing with the grass and the leafs. We just stare at her. She is so beautiful and innocent. She is full of joy and with each new blade of grass she grabs her face lights up. Everything is beautiful to her, everything is new to her. We just stare at her, just staying in the moment. That is all. Nothing else matters but this moment with my wife and my baby. Please be kind to others and cherish the moments with your loved ones.
