I think some healthy buffs/changes they could do to Glad is
find a way to make his side heavy hit boxes bigger or change the animation so it’s larger
Give him a guaranteed light on dodge forward bash.
With just a forward Dodge mix up added to his game and getting a light + bigger cleave on his side heavy would give him nice buffs but not game breaking
