But Coach O sold this kid a DREAM and has completely botched his freshman year, heâs still been really good and solid enough to where heâs still predicted to be a top 15 pick in this yearâs draft but damn man. This team has ZERO chemistry. Quinerlyâs solid but when heâs OFF, heâs REALLY off. Alabama should be better than what they are. Coaching Staff is extremely at fault as well.
Quinerly should be coming off the bench for scoring purposes, JD is very good but is being used incorrectly and is tasked with being the scorer off the bench even though he is not a volume scorer and his impact comes with moving the ball and creating shots for others. The rest of the starters outside of just shackleford and quinerly would thrive with JD as the starting PG
Alabama is very good and their lineup down the stretch with their identity should be JD at point, quinerly at SG, shackleford at SF, Ellis at PF and bediako at C. Alabama has lots of potential but they get away from their identity too much which is run fast, create three point opportunities, and force the other team into a half court offense
