  • In today's video, I am going to take you on a tour of a brand new townhome built by Meritage homes. This townhome is located in the west end station neighborhood in Lebanon, Tennessee. If you are thinking about moving to Lebanon TN you won't want to miss this video. Meritage homes is a well known and respected builder here in Lebanon and does a great job building homes.
    West end station in Lebanon Tennessee offers homebuyers amazing townhomes with options to have a one car garage or two car garage. The floor plans have an open concept with amazing finishes and plenty of natural light. Meritage is also giving a washer, dryer, and refrigerator away with each townhouse which is simply amazing.
    The amenities in west end station include a huge community pool and a dog park. West end station is located in Lebanon Tennessee, which is a easy drive to downtown Nashville, The Nashville Airport, Mount Juliet, and many other places with plenty to do. Living in Lebanon TN can be a great experience that is worth looking into.

    It so nice seeking prices drop like rocks in Nashville. Over the last 3 weeks I have counted well over 10 with over 100k price drops in new construction homes. The first quarter of 2023 will be even better and going fwd.

      I agree 💯! Meritage is clearly ahead of a lot of the competition. This townhome is actually a really good deal.

      $354999. They are paying $15k of closing costs and you get a refrigerator, washer, and dryer in addition to the other appliances.

    This is good stuff Matt.
    The only folks who make money in any economic situation are big builders.
    We need more price drops.
    The reason folks prefer single family homes is because of high HOA with townhomes and hardly any price appreciation.

    Great investment properties if the price is right with HOA fees. As an investment property you can still write off all the fees vs a primary home. Especially if the property is in a desirable location close to work, college’s/ university’s and downtown.

      Yes, I was thinking the exact same thing. I believe the H away is $140 a month but that includes maintenance, upkeep, and insurance on the exterior of the building. So you will save money on your insurance since you only need to cover the inside.

      @@Matt.Bogosian that’s about what I’ve paid in the past . Some pay for trash , cable or internet. Usually those are properties with a lot of units. I prefer these and condos much better as investment properties. They are much easier to maintain. To keep the cost down I’ve used the same paint colors,carpet , fixtures and appliances . Makes it much easier and no debating on what to buy when it’s time to replace or fix after a lease is over. So fresh paint and carpet is an easy , low cost and fix to freshen up to re list.
