Toru is immune to calamities himself as long as you follow dragons dream lucky directions, the flow of calamity can strike Toru. It just has to be completely coincidental without any thoughts of pursuing. Not exactly what I would call a fight though.
But it's an automatic stand. I kinda understand when WoU prevents physical attacks with Calamity, but he won't see dreaming as a threat. And even though it will be active, WoU is actually bad at fights.

Wonder Of U and Tooru are clever enough to figure this out in probable scenarios. *Death 13* Requires the user to not only be in a certain range of the victim, but they also choose victims they activate Death 13 on. Both of these are "pursuit," meaning that if Death 13's user dies before it can activate its ability it loses. I'm glad someone else knows how Dragon's Dream would be an interesting matchup against Wonder Of U. Anyway, SCR and Death 13 outed, the best counters to Wonder Of U using conventional stands are huge area stands such as Green Day and Grateful Dead, because they could slowly kill Tooru from afar as long as he doesn't escape their range.

Go Beyond is an advanced appliication of the Spin, so potentially Jhonny could achieve something similar since Tusk Act 4 basically gave him a mastery over the Spin.
Wrong type, S&W's bubbles were already using a different application of Spin; centrifugal force; to create it's bubbles and make the wire seem as if it were a sphere. From there S&W upped the spin until this wire was spinning so fast it basically almost didn't exist and couldn't be seen. If you haven't already noticed why Johnny can't use Go Beyond spin yet, fingernails aren't like thin wires that can be spun to create a spherical shape, they're just solid objects rotating at high speeds.

We learn during the course of Part 8 that Logic and Reason are part of the fundamental truth in which everything is bound by. Calamity as we know is also part of this Logic, and Calamity is outright described as the compulsory reaction that happens because of any action. Wonder of U is outright described as the every embodiment of this very idea, making him a part of Logic itself. Heck, he's never even killed, not even after Josuke blasts him with his Go Beyond bubbles, because as we learn, the fundamental concept of Logic and Calamity still lives on. Gappy only killed the manifestation of WoU that Tooru created, but the overarching idea of WoU means that he's all of Calamity. He's still etched into the very concept of the JoJo Universe. As the Flow of Reason (Calamity) is also the Flow of Logic, and therefore as long as Logic/Reason exists, so too does Wonder of U.
Technically, just the action of using Death 13 on Tooru would activate WoU’s ability. SCR makes sense because it doesn’t even have the mental capacity to even want to pursue Tooru.

If Calamity is an aspect of Fate, then Luck must be too, they're opposites. If you assume that misfortune and fortune can clash on equal terms as fundamental forces of nature, I'd think Dragon's Dream's goal of neutrality would absolutely put WOU at a disadvantage compared to its usual OPness. Any playing field against WOU would have to be leveled drastically, and that's DD's entire principle. Lucky areas would be FORCED into being regardless of how much is flying the user's way. The battle as a result would depend entirely on DD's user's physical prowess and capability of reaching those areas while still attacking the stand itself.

Calamity is something that happens naturally, so it doesn't count as a direct attack against SCR. WOU is passive, so even if Death 13 managed to reach Tooru, calamity would still occur. Plus, rock humans don't sleep like humans do. Depending on your interpretation, Dragon's Dream is either a great match or a terrible match against WOU. Either way, it wouldn't matter because no matter what you do, you always end up in the path of calamity.

Wrong type, S&W's bubbles were already using a different application of Spin; centrifugal force; to create it's bubbles and make the wire seem as if it were a sphere. From there S&W upped the spin until this wire was spinning so fast it basically almost didn't exist and couldn't be seen.
If you haven't already noticed why Johnny can't use Go Beyond spin yet, fingernails aren't like thin wires that can be spun to create a spherical shape, they're just solid objects rotating at high speeds.

We learn during the course of Part 8 that Logic and Reason are part of the fundamental truth in which everything is bound by. Calamity as we know is also part of this Logic, and Calamity is outright described as the compulsory reaction that happens because of any action. Wonder of U is outright described as the every embodiment of this very idea, making him a part of Logic itself. Heck, he's never even killed, not even after Josuke blasts him with his Go Beyond bubbles, because as we learn, the fundamental concept of Logic and Calamity still lives on. Gappy only killed the manifestation of WoU that Tooru created, but the overarching idea of WoU means that he's all of Calamity. He's still etched into the very concept of the JoJo Universe. As the Flow of Reason (Calamity) is also the Flow of Logic, and therefore as long as Logic/Reason exists, so too does Wonder of U.
Technically, just the action of using Death 13 on Tooru would activate WoU’s ability. SCR makes sense because it doesn’t even have the mental capacity to even want to pursue Tooru.
Death 13 has no power to attack Wonder of You as long as Wonder of You is incapable of sleep.

If Calamity is an aspect of Fate, then Luck must be too, they're opposites. If you assume that misfortune and fortune can clash on equal terms as fundamental forces of nature, I'd think Dragon's Dream's goal of neutrality would absolutely put WOU at a disadvantage compared to its usual OPness. Any playing field against WOU would have to be leveled drastically, and that's DD's entire principle. Lucky areas would be FORCED into being regardless of how much is flying the user's way. The battle as a result would depend entirely on DD's user's physical prowess and capability of reaching those areas while still attacking the stand itself.

WoU was able to sense Soft and Wet's invisible bubbles (not Go Beyond) so I believe he can sense Cream as well and dodge it, when Vanilla Ice pops out to see what happens a calamity will strike him.
Calamity is something that happens naturally, so it doesn't count as a direct attack against SCR.
WOU is passive, so even if Death 13 managed to reach Tooru, calamity would still occur. Plus, rock humans don't sleep like humans do.
Depending on your interpretation, Dragon's Dream is either a great match or a terrible match against WOU. Either way, it wouldn't matter because no matter what you do, you always end up in the path of calamity.
