Does the sem condition of district court??

I didn't understand your question.. FIR goes before a magistrate in the district court .. But in this an application can be filed for quashing in the High Court ..

Sir can u plss tell me, my FIR has been quashed by High court one year ago but respectively police station hasn't updated the same in their records, can u please confirm how can I update the same in CCTNS

Please bring this in the notice of the SHO and then the DCP of the area by sending them a letter and copy of order and take their receiving on it. If that is difficult to visit personally, then just send it via registered post to SHO and SP of your district.
