Best Recipe of Pineapple Sasav

Ingredients for pineapple sasav/curry:-
* semi-ripened pineapple
* 1/2 of medium size coconut
* pinch of hing/asafoetida
* 1/8 tsp methi/Fenugreek seeds
* 1 tsp mustard seeds
* 6 nos. curry leaves
* salt to taste
* coconut oil - 2 tsp
* jaggery - 1/3 cup or + (adjust as required)
* dry red chilies - 5 nos. (gavthi) or add chili powder.
