For anyone confused about what happened with the second prize, they basically told a staff member the plush was too wide for the claw and they compressed it to make it easier to grab. You can always try to ask a staff member for assistance if you feel it’s in an unwinnable position. They may or may not help you depending on the staff, but you can always try
