PERIYAZVAR's hymn on Perumal, while Bhagwan was coming on Garudan,i.e., Garudavahana Varadharajapperumal; Nalayira Divyaprabhandham is started with this hymn -PALLANDU PALLANDU -- Whenever we are in distress/anxiety/depression, please note the problem is PURELY TEMPERORY only - first,we have to understand this; in our personal experience, whenever we feel distress/anxiety/depression,we naturally go to Mohammad Rafi saheb's beautiful songs on our classical ragas; Rafi Saheb understands,explores,merges with every swaram of the song , he has acknowledged that music is an universal gift by the God ; Geniuses like Omkar Prasa Nayyar,Laksmikanth Pyarelal,MadhanMohan,Noushad,SDBurman,RD Burman,, Kalyanji Anandhji....had given amazing songs to Mohammad Rafi saheb; this is helping helpless people to regain some meaning in their life.Madam, please share with the regular viewers of this channel with Hindustani classical ragas based songs., especially Mohammad Rafi- Manna de, Kishore Kumar,Shylendra singh,Talat Mehmood type singers' presentations. TMS,SeerkaziGovindararajsn,CS Jayaraman, Yesudas... very few singers are treated by the learned critics,as in equal classes of Hindustani film singers.They are able to dilute the classical ragas without any compromise on their characters, within 3.5 minutes! Generally,our Carnatic/Southern vocal artists have little respect to Sruthi and Layam (exemptions are available); After 1992 C.E. , our film music is sliding in the downhills in quality.So, please select the songs on their own merits, irrespective of their timelines.Thanks, Madam,for your hardwork and way of presentation.
