Some parts he was on, some parts he was off. He chose a slow beat which means if your cadence and syllables are not perfect it's more noticeable. The "Police raid the crib like they think we selling crack, but we out here selling tracks, multimillion dollar plaques" did not have a good flow nor was it hitting with the beat. He's sub-par at best which is ok, nobody thinks he ran rap but he does have a rap voice though.
