Hades II Gameplay
Myth, Hermes’ attack boon doesn’t take up a slot. You easily could’ve picked it, get extra attack speed, a fifth earth element, and also still have more room for a different Olympian’s attack boon.
Tip for Oceanus, certain gates will be locked and you can unlock by interacting with them and defeating some extra enmies
didnt the same thing happen before in his elden ring series?? this phenomenon where he just uploads a video daily because hes obsessed while ppl in the comments are BEGGING for him to do something because hes missing something LMAO its so funny everytime this happens
"why does the sprinting feel better on this weapon", the latest patch (the version is in the top right) they made sprinting faster and dashing more responsive and both more fluid

I mean it's gonna be like hades 1. Beat chronos over and over again to get some extra dialogue with a character (maybe nyx or zagreus, just like in hades 1 with zag and persephone) and reveal some small secrets each time you beat him. Not my favorite way of doing it but they have to make the player repeat the game over and over again.

Managed to get my first Chronos kill just before this video dropped. Torches with Demeter on attack and Hephaestus on special, and like 8 uses of the healing hex going into the final fight :D
That seems like one of the only 2 useful hexes, I never get the healing one though.
He forgot a random boon levels up every 3 encounters, so he’s been upgrading passively as well
You mentioned the dash being better with the staff. I dunno when you played this but the recent patch notes stated that they made the dash better. More responsive
Hey Mythy, late but I arrive with your answers. My favorite gaming times these last few months is getting AHEAD of you before catching up on streams. I love seeing how you did stuff compared to me. But there's also games like Lords of the Fallen that I would join you on harder boss fights to figure out a strat. We know what you do and we work around what you stream.

they didnt patch demeters cast. The cyclone doesnt take up a slot the ice storm or whatever its called does

The attack speed buff on Hermes doesn’t take your attack slot. In fact none of his boons have a “slot” really. They’re just extra bonuses.

my two favourite builds so far (by far)
minor spoilers for weapon unlocks
blades with flutter flourish + hook knives, bonus for artemis aspect and phase shift
aspect of thanatos with storm ring and the dash strike hammer upgrade
also play dark souls roguelike mod :)
If you want maximum damage do a blades run with Spiral Knives and any other special related hammers you get along with Aphrodites Heartbreak Flourish. Having the Aspect of Pan completes this build, having bosses be shredded in just a few seconds.
Thanatos with the omega attack could be busted, losing it all after taking a hit is putting me off though.
I wish my 20% chance was actually 90% too...

The patch from yesterday made the game a lot more buggy. Idk if this was recorded since the patch, but now there's a lot of enemies that spawn out of bounds which the patch was supposed to fix and you get hit when you dash over Hecate's ring.

Just play at your pace, people should expect spoilers to some extent on playthroughs. Just show all the bosses in Elden Ring. I don't want them spoiled, so I'll wait to watch you videos, but I'll still watch them. Also I'll probably get ahead of your release schedule anyway after a day or two.

I've done like 40 runs and never seen Hecate do the triple beam thing O_o
Seems to be pretty rare, I've only seen her do it during the chaos trials.

That's not a spoiler, "death to Chronos" is literally in the first reveal trailer for this game. Do agree he should've used the shrouded Chronos art instead of the full one since that's a spoiler though.

What can he even do in a game like hades which is repetitive? You won't believe this hades 2 episode, this hades 2 episode was INSANE, this hades 2 episode is CRAZY, it just seems very low effort and very cheezy to title every single vid like this to not spoil.
Edit: and oh please, it takes like 2 hours to even get to chronos or SEE HIM at all, it's not like it's a 990 episode series and he just spoiled you the ending, it's 2 hours, you just know the character exists, lol. Did you know Hades is in Hades 2? AND HE EVEN HAS LINES OF DIALOGUE.
His naming scheme has been lazy and low effort since a loooooong time ago, I haven't seen a single other CZcamsr who is so reliant on the same 5 different titles for literally all of his videos.

complains about not getting boons, then doesnt take the duo boon that literally gives you a higher chance of getting boons at gates (because certain rewards arent in the pool anymore) and they would be higher rarity 🫥
That boon is kinda ass, health and money are good rewards. Should remove all minor finds instead.
