i disagree with trying to balance gobblegums too much because when they did that, we ended up getting the boring elixira which were too balanced and not fun to use. Its a pve mode i want to be overpowered late game. Now hopefully armor and infinte revive kits are significantly toned down
Agreed, shouldn't need balance as long as the OP ones are rare to acquire. Still play BO3 cuz of gobblegum

Contradicting yourself there bud. We shouldn't have either. Zombies has become way too easy starting with BO3 (and arguably BO2).
BO1 difficulty was the perfect skill measure.

@@cryptbot yes because gpbblegums are limited and have rareity whilst armor and revive kits can be used literally whenever with no risks
@@cryptbot b01 was def not the besy btw. all the weapons sucked on b01 and didnt feel fun to use. b03 had the best balance imo. b02 not so much either because of the engine
I think we can say that it's pretty much guaranteed that gobblegums are gonna be in the battlepasses like the MWZ stuff has been, as well as bundles in the shop including gums too. However, I don't think this will be the main way to earn them obviously. I don't know if they can legally do the Dr. Monty's Factory like in BO3 or the laboratory like in BO4 due to the whole slot machine/loot boxes legal troubles that gaming has had before, but I hope that gobblegums can be earned in a pretty frequent or at least fair manner and that it's not like MWZ abismal chance drops for legendary tools or perfect crystals. I think a cool way to do it would be how in Cold War you would get aetherium crystals every 5 rounds starting from round 11, and you'd get more and more crystals per each 5 round interval the higher the round it was. This would be better than liquid divinium and nebulium plasma because after you buy all the doors and perks you need on BO3, you rarely ever got anymore divinium. And in BO4 the insanely low time based plasma drops was really unfriendly for getting elixirs. If they do it based on this 5 round intervals system this would not only make them faster to earn with something like the rampage inducer, it would also reward high rounds with more than just XP. This would definitely need balancing so that players don't get like 30 gobblegums in one match, but I also don't want this to be super nerfed like BO4's plasma
would deffo give incentive to people to get the battle pass from activision's perspective.

You know what, I'm going to defend elixers for a sec, I like the fact that elixers aren't as op as gobblgums cause that makes them way less pay to win, there also way easier to grind for imo sense you get plenty of daily challenges that give you lots of plasma unlike divinium, I also like that you have access to all of them at once cause that means you can combo there effects together
I still don't like either system cause i hate pay to win shit in general but still
Facts. They were way more balanced than the og gobblegums. Hopefully BO6's system is similar to that.
@cryptbot well I wouldn't call them balanced, just less pay to win, they were still pretty damn busted when you stockpiled them, thats why I don't really like either system
@@reggilad_9043 Yeah I guess you're right. Us bare bones players don't have a say in the matter lol. I wish there was a hardcore mode without gobblegums - but there would need to be an actual incentive to play it. BO4's difficulty options felt pointless because there wasn't a worthwhile reward from playing them.
@cryptbot well idk about that, sometimes it's just fun to play something more difficult, and i think bo4 did that the best so far, in fact I kinda wish they would bring bo4's difficulty system back, just maybe make it so you can do ee on all difficulty and not just regular (and maybe have an actual super easyer egg but i guess I can't blame the devs for that considering bo4's nightmarish development)
Plus you could always choose which one you get instead of rng
I don't know never liked gumblegum other then wimzikle ones. tbh they fit better with mwz. If you think about it the schematics isn't that different from them before season 5 was announced I wouldn't have been surprised if they added a perkalcoholic
I really hope alchemical is in the game and free like bo3. Also I really do not think Peralcoholic is going to make a return Because I think they're going to allow us To by all perks like Is in cold war. and W video man keep up the good work
Ofcourse perkaholic is coming back. Even if there is no perk limited its still all for free and usefull for eastereggs

Gubblegums Can be good as they Want. They Need to close any way Like dashboarding or glitching to Not lose gubble gums. It will make much more fun and no one will say something against it

How not to make your audience happy. Games should be fun without ruining anyones experience. We didn't ask for balance for gobblegums who asked for this? Like with loopable killstreaks not returning because the game shouldn't be fun for the audience, that's the activisions answer, and it's disgusting
