Hey, I'm looking to buy a capture device like this, and from what I've seen, it looks good enough for what I need it for. I just have a question that I hope you might be able to answer: I saw that the device had a video loopback feature, meaning that you could have the video input to the capture card, and back out to the TV while still being able to record on the computer. I wanted to know if the loopback has any additional processing that might lead to input delay.
Don't worry bro. I especially bought this card cause the Loopout or also called passthrough is up to 4K 60 and since I play games like Burnout Revenge and Halo Infinite (both very competitively and only with wired controllers for minimal input lag) I can confirm that if this card has input lag it is not noticeable and it must be below 1ms. Since it's passthrough and the card doesn't do any processing for that I believe there is not any added latency at all and if it is under 1ms. The only downside to this card is that it needs a USB 3.0 port to function so either connect it to a Laptop like I did or connect it to your console's port. Anyways my gameplays did not get worse with this card :D and I run my Xbox's picture through it since I got the card. I hope this was helpful.
