Bhaee we are overseas investors. We invested with capital Smart city on 2019 because of Habib Rafique Name. It was 3 year plan . All overseas paid 100% payment October 2022. Now 2024 July is going on . Almost 6 year has finishing. But no delivery to original overseas. Then they are trying to charge us extra payment 10 lakh to 15 lakh for the name of mumty, stairs , square feet . It is because they did not invest on smart villas on real time . They were using our payment to others places. Now time is money. Time passed and things become expensive. They want to charge us as penality from their mistakes . Which unfair and unjustified. Thanks for raised your voice.

They’re doing like all other ordinary developers this is not fair .. if you’ve done commitment with your clients that this is all what you’ve to pay them how the developer can demand more Amount in the name of mumtyz n stuff ! Aap ki baat bilkul thek hai ye villa ban to rahe hain par pata ni mileinge kisko. Bohut se logo ka pata csc ne kaat diya aur villa cancel kar diye. Jo baqi hain unka bhi kisi na kisi bahane se cancel kar diya jae ga. Logo ka paisa use kiya hai inho ne. Ab log mazeed bardash ni kareinge wo din door ni.

@@PropertyInsightswithAwais good job. I think they will do the same with Villa apartments and and with hamilton villas. But nobody is interested in hamilton villas because of what they have done to smart villa owners.
They want to give us pain,So we return the villas and they again sell it in higher price….

Agreed… 2022 I paid all amounts and still not received my Villas, Few days ago i applied possession and now they asking mumty charges which is around 1200000 + 150000 for others charges….As per the commitments they not installed fans and kitchen hob…. i try to talk to the management not update me my serious concerns
But I’ll raise voice again n again for all of you who’ve paid all the amount but still society is delaying possession..

I have just applied for possession and have been thrown 'under the bus' - extra charges totalling more than 50% of the cost of the Villa. How is that even jsutfied 😢😢😢😢
I was planning to shift there ASAP. I don't know where I will get that much extra money from...
I have checked the location; The road is not built, no park or masjiddd nearby. No shopping. Half the road is on a land not yet purchased by CSC...
There is no direct access from the interchange (only on the map) and on ground it passes through large patches of land that CSC is still to acquire...
I have no intention to put down CSC, but I wish they were realistic in their demands from a 'limited pool of end users' that have trusted them and will continue to trust them. The reality is that CSC is becoming unaffordable even before people have a chance to move to it. I am not sure what would happen once we move...
I understand global property market is down, but it is not the fault of the investors that have trusted you and continue to trust you....the disproprotionate charges are enough for people to contemplate killing themselves - CSC is playing with people's life long hard earned income!
Allah asaniyan kren ap k liye .. yess they’re not loyal to their clients like all other developers .. if you’ve done commitment with your clients that this is all what you have to pay then how’s it possible to ask more amount in the name of Mumtys etc ..
