My Kip-up Progress

  • I was finally able to do a kip-up. This is my progress so far after 8 days. It's not 100% consistent, but I can do it.

    Thanks so much for posting this. I'm doing the same thing. I know exactly how you feel. Right now I can kip up into a bridge no problem, and i can stand up without using my hands, but I still don't have the full kip YET. I'm so glad I saw this. Makes me feel better to see that I'm on the right track.
