Something about the Godzilla in this set makes it so special to me, it's my favorite MV Goji figure so far and I really don't know why. It possibly has a positive emotional aura around it.

So far I got Titan Tech Kong hanging out in the cardboard diorama set from the other two pack and I gave him the axe from the smaller Kong (since Kong and Godzilla are growing in size as the films go by) to use as a hatchet in his hand while the one that came in the box are still on his back. Still trying to find Titan Tech Godzilla and some Neca Kongs to add more stuff to Titan Tech Kong and to get Godzilla into the party though.

If I was more technically apt I would put up pics. :P I love seeing Kong (in my headcanon, he grew in size, but his axe obviously stayed the same) was given cybernetics and power armor by Monarch (probably after a nasty Robocop style fight or like something out of "King Kong Lives," but even worse), but he still uses his old axe as a hatchet and saves the big one on his back for the really nasty stuff.
This is a trip back in time a few years wow. Does show that you have kept to your original ideas but just just improved in all areas, becoming more professional while keeping the "fun" style I know you best for. Too many reviewers feel a little empty and drained of energy, but people like you, Shart, Jang and Jobby actually keep it entertaining to the point I watch you for you, even if I care little for what is being reviewed. Yeah I was pretty surprised Ghidorah was as cheap as he was when I got him in originally! The details are always pretty top notch from the MMS! Still would've loved a GvK Godzilla to go along with Kong and MG. One that I didn't need to buy a whole BluRay set just to get lol
Modified my Rodan's neck... *..He looks a lot better now lol* *Edit:* also funny that even the MMS has the lava trail on the wings, while the more expensive SHMA has *none ಠ_ಠ* smh
A neck Modifications all KOTM Rodans could use lol And I always found that pretty funny myself... all the cheaper alternatives had the lava trails and looked COOL. SHMA Rodan just looked like fried chicken.
i dont really mind rodans design, yeah its wonky lookin’ but i kinda like it. i would also really LOVE for bandai to make a standard crawling rodan figure. but i overall like the figure, not bandai’s strongest figure (that still goes to the 2002 burning godzilla and the awakening shin figure imo) but still a good figure.
I kinda like Rodan too. From the right angle he's pretty awesome. A crawling Rodan would've been preferred. Honestly surprised he didn't receive an Exclusive re-paint re-release during 2020. But for what it is, it's okay. Hopefully future Rodans get a little more love tossed their way.
I only have the Godzilla figure from this group. I've vacillated a lot over the KG figure, but haven't taken the plunge. The Rodan is just insulting IMO.
Safe for Godzilla, I'd say the rest are all 'Rainy Day Purchases' where you can't find anything to buy, and ya REALLY want to get SOMETHING. It'd be those lol Whichever you're interested in owning that is.
I got the Monsterverse Rodan, Mothra and King Ghidorah figures from Jakks Pacific and then I waited for Godzilla vs Kong figures from Playmates since there was no 6 inch Godzilla figure from Jakks like Rodan and King Ghidorah so got what's close and before I just put the Neca Godzilla 2014 version with my Monsterverse collection but I got the Playmates Godzilla figure along with Kong, Skullcrawler, Warbat and finally Mechagodzilla though I don't have a MUTO figure but roll with it
Godzilla is only half-baked, Ghidorah is thrown in the oven for 2 seconds then taken out and Rodan and Mothra were sold while they were still unbaked. Does this make any sense? Idc.
It's a weird give and take kinda deal. Like.. AYE ya got KOTM Rodan, sweet! But In the same breath, damn this is kinda awkward and weird and only looks good from a side angle. Very much one of those 'Rainy Day Purchases' where ya wanna nab something but can't find anything else that grabs your interest!
It's a shame really, they all could've been better with just a WEE bit more time in oven. Amazing that after all the delays KOTM had.. Bandai could've think of anything more fitting for these lol
