- This is one of my favorite videos ever. Moving, cleaning, and wiring up my CNC mill (Bridgeport Torq Cut 22) in my garage. So much work has lead up to this moment. Huge effort with a huge payoff. Recorded over Independence Day weekend 2021.

Was not expecting to see a Torq Cut 22! Recognized it as soon as I saw the enclosure.
That's a wild ride. Hell yeah!
Love it. you are now my hero! why you ask! because now i'm not the only dude with a tc22 in his garage! I literally called my wife down and said look! I'm not strange this guy has the same machine at home as me :-)
Haha happy to help.
Love it!! I have a TC1 in my garage!!!!
Impressive how you did it without a rigging service. Congrats!
Thank you!
Heeeelll yeah
Wow.. I’m shocked that trailer was able to handle that
The green connector is the encoder connection that's why the motor lost the position
Adapt and survive!! You gonna bail on your mill or bring it back to your home shop?
The manual mill was never mine. When I bought my CNC mill my garage wasn't ready so I got permission from my boss to keep it in the building at work. The only spot available for the CNC mill was where their manual mill was sitting, so we traded. Their manual mill was in my garage and my CNC mill was in their building. Now that my CNC mill is home their manual mill goes back. There's really no reason to have both, especially with limited space like I have.

Did you rent that trailer? If so from where?
Yes, from A&B Rentals in Jenison.
What kind of trailer is this?
The new place I rented it from called it a drop deck trailer.
That is the most dangerous way to move a milling machine your supposed to put the head down put a 2 x 4 under the ram and table
