Yes,those are motivational interviewing skills. She has to affirm that whatever Jojo is saying.
By nodding and listening attentively, Anatalia will get her story well.
It's actually Kojo who wasn't answering the questions well.They asked her to tell her story, but she wandered all over.
Ana did well.
