If you think about it Harvick strikes Chastain again. It was Harvick with ALL those wins last year being encumbered due to failing post race that started all this DQ stuff anyway. Then some small team like Niece takes the hit. Sucks.

If the caution didn't happen with 62 to go, Moffitt might've won. Although the runner-up position is really good for the hometown boy. I really thought he would go back-to-back in 2018 AND 2019.

Austin Hill was the one that started it all. I don't know the extent of he and Sauter's beef before this but Johnny just barely nipped him, seemingly a racing incident, then Hill has to be a big boy and crash him over a little of nothing. I don't blame Sauter for mauling him with his truck
Why the monster energy cup series doesn't held the race in Iowa but only Truck series and Xfinity series?
There isn't enough resources for a cup size race. They'd need to add a lot more grandstands and everything else much bigger tracks have.

Sauter will be parked for Gateway. The requirement is you have to attempt each race. Does NASCAR grant an exemption for a suspended driver for the playoffs?

I don’t think he cheated. He cleared all the pre race inspections and the team said he sustained some damage which lowered the truck.

I wonder why they never caught the truck height in the inspections they perform when the trucks arrive. I am kind of tired of watching Sauter's temper tantrum's when he gets what he gives. Park him for a few races, someone will be hurt if this keeps up!! If you are a new young driver however they will take your win if your truck you got in just before the race fails inspection for being to low something NASCSR should of caught in pre race inspection!!!
@halchesnut NASCAR does find issues in pre-race inspection however teams can make adjustments during the race. That's the reason Ross failed post-race inspection
it's that whole reason a post race inspection even exists
you can even tell his truck is too low half the race no surprise there literally just missing the track rules are rules brett is your race winner and typical johnny always been a hot head moves the 16 so 16 pays him back and then recklessly takes someone out under caution johnny gonna be parked for a few weeks for that
