I think since it's underswap that orange you're not supposed to move and blue attacks, you do move, but I'm not sure if they added that detail into this fangame
Because it's swapped,since blue means you have to stop in undertale,now it's the orange one that has the ability to make you stop, otherwise you get damage in underswap😅

Why the orange blasters not work as normal?
when the opponent's attack is orange, you must move when it touches you, and if it is blue, you must not move
