This is a highly requested video and I know why, hair fall is a leading issue among men and women of all age groups. I've tried to make a holistic video on how to avoid certain things which lead to hair fall problems.
(Tonique)

-water-1 cup
-methi Dana (fenugreek seeds)-1 teaspoon
- klonji (fennel flower, black caraway, nutmeg flower, Roman coriander)-1 teaspoon
aloevera 6 cubes
( can store it in fridge for 5 days)
(Oil hair growth)
-coconut oil-1 tbsp
-oliveoil-1 tbsp
castor oil half tbsp
rosemary oil 2 drops
(Hair mask)
- flaxseed powder
-methi Dana (fenugreek seeds)-1 teaspoon
- klonji (fennel flower, black caraway, nutmeg flower, Roman coriander)-1 teaspoon powder
- curd - full cup
aloevera gel 3 tbsp

Apply oil on your damp hair ( only length) and leave for overnight then wash it off with shampoo.
It locks moisture & nourishes hair.
I always do this everytime I oil my hair let me know if this helps you.🥰
