To be honest, There isn't much variation between the algorithms of these recovery softwares . . . majority of them depict the same results as tested by TechTrix itself . . . trying other ways to recover the files may waste your time as the only way to recover your lost files is only through these commercial softwares. Tried by turning off Windows Security. It still says Access is Denied when I tried to patch..
Access denied only occurs when a security software blocks it, make sure u have turned off windows defender real time protection off and any other antivirus software before u download the file.

Your Antivirus must have surely taken it away . . . Disable the antivirus and follow the video again & you would be good to go.
