The fact that Uraraka finally acknowledges her feelings to herself but decides to shelve them because she didn’t want to get in the way of Deku reaching his goal is both incredibly thoughtful and obscenely infuriating.
She is honestly such a well written character. She might be there mostly as Deku's love interest but she is such a supportive and cool character. She doesn't have that much screentime lately and havent really done anything super amazing but she is a great support character and despite being fairly simple she still have a pretty nice development and actually come out as rather badass despite the fact she isn't the best fighter.

I like how in BNHA the author doesn't portray gender roles in the stereotypical way they are portrayed everywhere else. Instead of showing the male protagonist as being goal oriented and the female supporting character as only being there to chase after him and help him reach his potential, Uraraka is shown to be ambitious and able to put her own goals ahead of everything else. She knows that life is more than just about chasing love, and she has prioritized her own future above everything else - the mark of a complete and mature character, and also more reflective of real life and real people.
Uraraka is actually one of the most well-written female characters out there, She's the only woman i Adore as a perfect love interest for the MC, they're the only couple that i appreciate cause i don't like the canon ships on other Animes, I always wanted to draw her lol

Most of those so-called female leads today are either just eye candy for the perverted audience or demented stalkers who abuse and chase after their “chosen one”. It’s very nice and quite refreshing to see a well-written female character like Urahaka who is much more than a glorified boob tube.
It has nothing to do with "gender roles" and everything to do with simply writing good characters. Not everything fits into the western indoctrinated woke viewpoint even if you twist it to fit as such. The author, being Japanese, does not care about western woke ideology, terms, or concepts.
This is really a underrated ship. I know it's cliche and boring to most people, but I feel that people don't understand it's development. However I understand it's not for everyone. People just have different opinions. I don't know if this ship will happen because I've seen and heard from people that the creator confirmed the ship to sail, or one of the other creators says it's not gonna happen. Whether or not it does happen in the ending of the story is up to the creator. However, in my opinion, I think out of all the ships, this ship makes the most sense.
I love Uraraka, I think that she’s a great character because beside the reason why she wants to be a hero, she doesn’t do it for herself, but also to help her family. Even if she likes deku, she tries to hide it because she doesn’t want a relationship to ruin her hard work and she always tries to focus more on what she wants to achieve.

Honestly, uraraka is the best supporting character here. She was there to help and support midoriya ever since the entrance examination. And the fact that she went out of the way and flew to him when the blackwhip went crazy even though it was dangerous, the only thing in her mind was to save midoriya. She is always so kind, courageous, heroic, lovely, supportive, adorable, pretty and the best character in bnha!! Those who hate her for unnecessary reasons have ugly hearts.

Izuku and Ochako have the purest bonding ever. They support each other and motivates each other, this is the kind of love everyone should expect. Love, respect and support from each other. I think the crush that they have on each other, mostly uraraka on deku, describes a teen’s feelings when they realize they’re in love, a lot of flustered feelings, denying, and just wanting to stare at that person all the time, it’s relatable to see her get all nervous ever since Aoyama said what he said, and even from before. I myself think is cute, and I love their characters individually enough to love them together too, they’re a beautiful ship with a previous friendship to back their feelings from, and the feelings that each of them have doesn’t just come from a physical attraction, it’s real love.

This is literally the best relationship that can ever happen, and I'll be so glad to see it. My bro Izuku definitely deserves Ochako in the future once the war is over and the villains are stopped. I still am appalled by the amount of people who hate on Urarak for "getting in the way" of their gay ships. It was more than clear to me since their first meeting that she would become a significant character not only in the story but on Deku's life.
