Overnight DIY Travel to Caliraya Lake, Kalayaan, Laguna
📌 How to go to Caliraya Lake from Makati By Commute
1. DLTB bus from Taft Pasay to Sta Cruz Terminal.
(2-3hrs travel/ 212 bus fare)
2. Get off at Sta Cruz Terminal and wait for jeep going to Lumban.
(10-15mins travel/ 20 jeep fare) ***We went to Lumban Market to buy our food for our camping because there’s only limited food when you get to Caliraya Lake. But you have an option from Sta. Cruz Terminal and wait for jeep going to Lumot. (Not sure how much is the tric rate tho)
3. Get off at Lumban Public Market
4. From Lumban Public Market, hire tricycle going to Brgy. Lumot
(30-45mins travel/ 250 tric fare good for 3pax)
5. Ask the driver to drop you off at Soloviento.
6. Walk 3-5mins to the pick up point for boat ride.
(20 mins travel time going to Glue Varr Camping Site)

This is the place where you can relax, unwind and enjoy because mobile network signal is kind of weak in most areas. And make sure you will not forget your power bank because they only have limited source of electricity. Shoutout to the staff and the owner. Very accommodating and they’re sari sari store is open 24/7.
