Exactly. Government Healthcare facilities are very poor for ordinary Ghanaians. Fix that first. Last month, newborn babies died at Tema Hospital due to a power outage. A lady was dumped on the roadside by a hospital around Winneba and an emergency room in a government hospital around Nsawam area had a bad leaky roof. How can you subject foreigners to use such Government hospitals? Most foreigners already have travel medical insurance to use at private hospitals
