375ml warm milk
1 tablespoon dry yeast
110g castor sugar
640g bread flour
200g sultanas
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon All Spice
zest of one orange
1 egg
50g melted butter
3/4 teaspoon salt

Butternut Squash, Courgette and Corn Casserole
1/2 butternut squash thinly sliced
2 courgettes thinly sliced
1 onion diced
2 cups sweetcorn
2 garlic cloves minced
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 eggs beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste

Good trick to get a white cross using flour on top during baking. No one sells hot cross buns like that in the states. Here they're prepared with a cross of powered sugar icing.
In the Netherlands we call the period of 11 th until the 14 th of May the Ice Saints. After the 14 th it is safe to plant outside (wisdom inherited from my mother). Love to follow you on both channels.
It is very interesting to use large pots for bulbs and layer different bulbs according to their planting depth. Also ensure there is room for each bulb to rise up and not bump into each other. ❤❤❤
