I used rustoleum ultra cover semi gloss black. If you go to the 11 minute mark in the video, I show you what I did for the cabinets. I did sand them b4 painting! dont 4get 2 subscribe ❤ thanks!

Its just meyers countertop cleaner. U don't want to use anything harsh.
