LATEST 2023 Grey Structure Cost HOUSE CONSTRUCTION IN PAKISTAN

This time we have calculated the cost of GREY STRUCTURE latest in 2023 and compared with 2022 as well as 2017. Construction cost has seen an inflation of around 20% per annum from 2017 till 2023. A house that was costing around 1150 Rs/sqft in 2017, is now costing a minimum of 2450 Rs/sqft.
NOTE: The grey structure cost is based on brick structure construction method using normal shuttering methods. Cost will not be valid for societies such as DHA that has made scaffolding pipe method mandatory for shuttering purposes
