OMG this song is classic hardcore breakbeat like the rest of the album, and not D'nB not even jungle which was nowhere at that time. Prodigy never made any D'nB tracks they originated of hardcore and later became the pioneers of big beat.
Nope, I'm not sure I even like the original, while I had this version on repeat back then.

It's funny how three of the album's singles were in remixed versions on the album itself, so you had to get the singles (or Experience Expanded) if you wanted them. Wind It Up was the exact opposite, then, with the remix being a single, lol! What a puzzle.

Used to role out of college on a friday with this pumping out the 6x9s feeling like a proper badass.
Had this as my ringtone and kenny's cat sample as message notification sound a while back, it often sparked a few laughs 😂 my dad was obsessed with the prodigy back in 90s and have it blasting away in the car when collecting us from school. Good times!

@wizenhiemr They really set the bar really high and when Music For The Jilted Generation came out it just solidified them. Nobody in my view could come close to what the Prodigy did with their first two albums.

@RevengeofShinobi1 Actually, I think it was the original version of this song that was the reason people blame them. This got popular, then so did a rave version of the Sesame Street theme, and the Sesame Street one inspired a bunch of copycat songs people called Toytown techno.
