Neither of the 2 videos on YT that feature the W&C DS leathers have any Burgundy in them. There’s almost no pics in the wild of W&C DS Buck Brown or Burgundy, but a ton of Natural. I really wish someone would show some W&C DS Burgundy love! ❤
PS. If I order a W&C DS Burgundy MTO Prospector will y’all do a build video on it, lol? That DS on an 11067 last would pop!

Not sure what happened to my comment, but there is a good post on Nicks reddit with the Burgundy W&C. I wont repost the link as I think thats what killed the post. They are some great looking boots.

Beautiful leathers - W&C and Horween.
Definitely would like to see more offerings, there was a time when you could customize almost any boot with a W&C leather ( even the moc toe, though totally understand why that was discontinued).
Luke’s got the best boot in the dome for sure. In my opinion.

I would presume that the more waxy versions hold up to rain/water better? It seems some of the W&C leather stains pretty gnarly even from just drops of water.

What thickness is the Oiled Latigo?
What models are in the video ?
In the thumbnail photo there are three boots one of them is almost burgundy as looks very waxy, but in the video hands pick up the middle of a pack dark colour and saiysnit is double stuffed, can someone tell me which boot actually is oiled latigo?
I also didn't see an option to do a captoe on my C&W learher during the configuration process!!
It’s not available technically, and officially neither are moc toe in any of the W&C Bridle or DS leathers due to the exclusivity (cost+availability) and/or the nature of the leathers such as the bridle being too dry and cracking on the moc toe piping. If you see a cap toe or moc toe in w&c the wild it’s b/c Nicks mgmt has made a 1-off exception for that particular customer order either due to the original ordered leather being out of stock or some other special case. I know b/c I tried several times to get a moc toe or cap toe w&c ds leather boot only to be denied even after seeing others’ have them on YT and Reddit. Was explained to me by Nicks owner as to why this is the case.
They just added the option to the website today.

Why is ir so hard to find images or samples of the colours for Double Stuffed?
