Im glad there was no Episode 3 of Half Life. It is extremely hard to follow up the previous entries. No matter what they put out, it wouldn't fulfill anyones expectations, and people would pan it for not being as good as the previous episodes. It would have to be as epic as Half life 2 was when compared to Half life.
great video, love the hidden info about games, but just a note, "Isle" is pronounced with a silent s, just "ile" I miss Black Isle, one of my top 5 game devs...
Thank you thank you, and yeahhh I realized that while editing it lol, I've have a lot of little slip ups in my speech I don't catch until later on since I was able to talk so it's almost guaranteed I butcher a word. Same goes for names I suck with foreign ones
They actually both announced and had plans for an episode 3! Like I said in the video they were just struggling to find the right story for it, and felt limited by the episodic story format

I never really considered that, but you're right, it would've been quite the feat to even match the quality for an Episode 3
