I once read a comment that went something like (because I don't remember the exact wording) "Taemin really went onto the first episode of Hit The Stage last minute, performed his own song and choreo, won that first episode with the highest score in the show, then never went on it again" and I found it really funny😂😂
I read a comment that the PD asked (actually begged was the word used) Taemin to appear in the show to promote it, as what kind of dance show is it if one of the best (for me the best) dancer in SK is not performing. Taemin at the time was so busy and had to fly to Japan after. That's why he did not appear in the succeeding episodes.

Watching Taemin trying to tone down his dancing so he doesn't overshadow the others is really touching. Because the other guys are also really amazing dancers, but Taemin is in a class by himself. Even when he's not in the center, his dancing is flawless.

@@eshbena yes that is true. Because he is from shinee, which for me is the best performance group of all time, he never performs casually, nor overperforms or the other members give him flack. The word team is never far from the groups' vocabulary making him a great team member as well here in superm and his other collabs as well. He always share the spotlight whoever he works with.
They watch superm vroom and they will know hes a center for a reason . He makes an effort to hold back when hes not center so u can see the whole picture . Of course that's the professional thing to do but with him it just seems so much more purposeful. Whether its in Shinee or SuperM . I mean even in dont call me he said he hopes next time he can do more stuff. Excited for his return in two years

I love that Taemin is the idol's idol, the gold standard that they all look up to. He does everything well and handles everything with grace and poise, and in like the singular incident that is the greatest example of SHINee's professionalism, he literally had no idea it was happening. LOLOL

onew, jonghyun, key and minho all shine so brightly in their own distinct way. it always amazes me how, in taemin’s case, you can really see how he is basically a combination of the four of them and yet even then he has his own light. something that makes him completely his own person. while still carrying that shinee brand.
i see onew in his sincerity and genuine love for both his fans and other artists. jonghyun in his determination to better his voice and his unique musical vision. key in his authenticity and stage presence. and minho in his kindness and work ethic.
the taemin of today really is a true amalgamation of what makes shinee as a group so incredible and completely unmatched to this day.

In the beginning, I was searching info about the other members of SuperM and I came across Taemin and I came to know that Kai and Taemin has been bffs since trainee days

When I was first getting into kpop, there was something else about Taemin that I've never seen before. You can feel his energy through your screen and everything about him is so eternal. I dont know much about him and dont talk about him, but I really up to him. I never get tired of hearing his voice and watching him just be art. This man needs a break from being perfect lol.

I managed to see Taemin's solo concert and it was amazing! He has such great stage presence. Even when he was just doing the talk segments, he made them interactive with the audience and kept it fun to watch!
"Move" is actually a type of theme that most idols don't do, due to the gender stereotypes etc. But, after Taemin did it, even now, people keep performing it anywhere and everywhere (like already mentioned in the video)

also no one who is tone deaf can dance like taemin did at the age of 13(you need to hear and distinguish music to dance like that), his vocal cords were not developed and he was very shy and not confident about his singing...personally i think that was the reason
He wasn't tone deaf. He was still going through puberty. Majored in vocal music. He would never have been able to sing like he does now. One of the coaches said people are often labeled that who are not. He never was.
when i first got into taemin i was only listening to him on spotify i thought he only a singer .then i went on youtube and found out about his dance skill and his beauty .i was shocked and that the story of how i lost all my money to a man half way across the world

I really love Super M! Have been reading negative things about them, but my opinion is that BTS are really great and it's obvious that they all work extremely hard ... however so do Super M. Both groups are absolutely awesome and I believe they should both be honoured. Great singers and dancers in both groups and they both bring such Joy! Why is there always the need to try to bring down what is soo great! We're allowed our opinions .... but maybe we should make these while still honouring the incredible artists and their dedications. Many blessings to both groups ...... but please support Super M as well ... lot of talent in There!

Somehow, it may sound weird, but Taemin sometimes, is like the combination of all of his Hyungs. When he's on stage, you see that his hyungs are somehow there too....the amount of growth Taemin had and currently have, is just outstanding. There's a piece of Key, Onew, Minho, and Jonghyun with Taemin, and of course, Taemin himself is the center of it all. A prime example of how people influence and affect one another.. haha it sounds weird ok and too dramatic, but that's how I see it ahaha.
All i can say is i fell in love in his dancing skills way back in 2009 before falling in love with his physical features, even to this day, he always show cases his talent than highlighting his gorgeous face, you gotta show off talent first before you face. That's just how he is, every idol should take note.

And this right here is why I respect him very much as an artist. I knew him back then, but when I actually explored his music--his craft, I was blown away. He is definitely the reason why I got to pull myself out of the puddle of Kpop stereotypes that I have been staying on for quite sometime. I am grateful for that because boi, have I been missing out on some really good music for years since I kind of slipped away during the era of second generation!!!!!
