Sukuti is a sun dried buffalo 🐃 meat or can be from lamb or goat.This is a simple homemade recipe SADEKO sukuti or meat pickle is quite popular among Nepali as side dish if you don’t want to use buffalo meat this recipe can be made with meat of your choice beef or mutton.It was really delicious,mouthwatering recipe.
