I love the layout of this one so much. Definitely one of my favourites. I'd want to try and fit a bathtub in that parlour level half bathroom though. It did look big enough to fit one in.
I've watched a lot of these from several channels and I have a genuine question (for perspective, I don't live in or anywhere near NYC): Is there exactly one company in New York that designs and builds all closets?! Every townhouse, loft, or condo seems to have the exact same closet in the bedrooms. Same shelves, same rails, same everything. I realize this is nowhere near important enough to warrant the abbreviation, but WTF?
Great observation & good question - these closet systems are available at The Container Store. They're a popular choice since they give you many of the benefits of a custom built-in closet at a fraction of the cost.
The Bertazzoni is really sweet, I would love to cook an authentic penne alla bolognese ricetta on it. You don't see Bertazzoni very much outside Europe, everyone wants Wolf and Meile. My Granny Brienza had a 48" Heritage, it's what she taught me how to cook with.
I like this house, beautiful. One of third floor bedrooms doesn’t have en-suite or full bathroom on floor so individual w/room will have to use second floor bathroom.
This is one of my favorites I love in the two bedrooms they hv that little room school age children or college students could hv a nice desk set up or it could be a playroom. I just don’t like the black accent seems like it would stay dusty.
