  • Hey guys!
Lately, I've been reflecting on something that's been on my mind: I never got the lowdown on code reviews, version control systems, and the art of balancing speed and quality during my degree. So, I figured, why not have a chat about it?

Yeah the Software Eng industry is one of the few where the more you learn the more you realize how little you know 🤣, its actually crazy lol

Code reviews are important. Honestly I don't like admitting this but I don't believe everything should be tested. Like sometimes having a lot of tests slows down the project

we had a project and my group did not test thoroughly like our individual parts of the code and guess what the code crashed when we were presenting

It's understandable to have reservations about testing everything. Sometimes, excessive testing can indeed slow down the project and impede progress. It's all about finding the right balance. 💯

Hi mam....lets say i have an app in mind i want to create, and would like to include my friends in making it, is there a way i can make sure that they dont steal my idea and make it theirs, or i should just do it alone?

Consider having your friends sign an NDA to protect your idea before discussing it
