- VN24 - Haaren / Germany - Serious accident on the A44 near Haaren - Around 07:05 a.m. a 62-year-old truck driver drove on the right lane of the A44 coming from the Lichtenau junction in the direction of Dortmund. Before the Bad Wünnenberg motorway junction (kilometer 67) he left the lane to the right with his semi-trailer truck for reasons unknown so far, came onto the hard shoulder and collided with an empty Audi that had broken down. The 40 tonner pushed the Audi through the crash barrier. The car as well as the truck loaded with metal coils of more than 6100 meter long aluminium strips each crashed down a slope. The semitrailer truck lost its load completely, which had to be salvaged at great expense. The driver of the Daimler tractor was miraculously unharmed.

Eigenartig finde ich, das kein Abschleppunternehmen einen Schutzhelm nutzt. Da wird unter dem Auflieger und Zugmaschine rum gekrochen, Schrott Teile vom ehemaligen LKW usw. um oder aufgeladen, lose Teile lösen sich dabei und fallen herab....Also Leute, in jeder Stahlbude usw. musste ich einen Helm aufsetzen, bei Be- oder Entladung.

Die Bergung des Autos wäre vielleicht noch interessant gewesen
10:00 Sehr risikofreudig unter dem Alu Coil am Haken direkt weiter zu machen, Jungs. Riskiert bei der Bergung nicht so viel. Das nützt keinem was und danken tut euch das auch keiner! Das Ding wiegt viel und rollt euch um, da müsst ihr noch nicht einmal direkt drunter stehen. ;) Mein es nur gut.
Auch bei 3:07 Wenn dfie Kette reisst isser platt. Deswegen Helme auf :)
Wo wiegt so ein Ring denn viel, das hebt der Bergehelfer doch mit dem kl. Finger!😁😉🤭🤗
@@klausvogler6710 🤣😅😂, wenn die Kette reissen tut, nutzt auch kein Helm mehr etwas, wenn der drunter liegt, evtl wirkt so eine Kette sogar wie eine Peitsche!

These metal "rounds" and other heavy loads should not be transported on simple curtain trailers. They should be loaded on reinforced floor and sides wagons as the coils will cause many deaths if they come loose when on the motorways. Just lucky in a way that they went down the slope away from the traffic. This is not the first such incident you have shown on your site. Many thanks for your great coverage.

Posible que le reventó la rueda trasera de la derecha en la tractora y fue el inicio en cadena del siniestro. Se ve claramente reventada y con carga ésto ocurre.Las responsabilidad es para la casa de neumáticos ya que el vehículo se ve nuevo y supongo que tenga garantías o bien por él esceso de carga que sería la empresa cargadora.

The accident happened for unknown reasons. The driver survived unharmed.
