I have very thick and fairly healthy hair after using it every 6 - 8 weeks for the last year and half. I have found it to be pretty low impact damage wise :)

In this video I actually had just box dyed my hair using the L’Oréal LB01 shade and some purple shampoo. Hopefully this helps!
