Hi! If you're on a windows PC type connect in your search bar. It's built in. If you're on a Mac search for miracasting on mac. Hope this helps. The phones themselves will have something called miracasting, applecasting, chromecast, ect. Not all phones are able to cast to the computer or tv.
When I use Open Lap, the button to toggle on pausing the timer when the race is paused is greyed out and non-functional. Any clue why?
If you mean the bottom left button that's the yellow flag button. Press the count down lights to pause the race.
@@Sundayslotcars that doesn't stop the clock, because the option to make it stop the clock is greyed out in the settings.
I've never had that issue. Usually there's a slider switch to the right side that activated and deactivates the settings.

My basement needs to be water proofed so I don't want a tv down there right now. I can connect it to one though :)

I'm satisfied with Open Lap but I agree that Smart Race has a lot more features.
Yea smart race is awesome!! But everyone has there own liking.
