Hi Shauntay so I have seen that building can be more cost effective in the long run. What's more you get creative control and can really make your house into your dream home. Additionally many new communities are opting to sell residential lots in secured gated areas and lot size is usually larger than housing developments. However ensuring you have efficient contractors has always been a cause for concern. Buying is a bit less tedious and if timing is a factor the buying process usually takes a few months unless there are issues. Still I like the idea of designing that dream home.
