Pinoy in Florida. I think you missed some info. PRS was started in Maryland by three guys. Paul is the musician and electronic brain. The other 2 were master wood craftsman. They started 1n 1986. Right about they're trying to get the sound of the 2 popular brands at the time. They didn't get it perfect till 1988 birth of custom 24. At that time they're not even in stores. You have to call area code ( no 800 number) How I got mine? One of the carpenters is from my hometown in Florida. Who is now retired and collecting royalty checks. Back then I only paid $500 including hard case. Hand made by Paul and the 2 master woodworkers. Now it's all factory. I have an original 1988 PRS custom 24. Mahogany neck & body, tiger maple top color vintage yellow. Still have the wing nut tuners

I love my PRS SE Custom 24, and also I have a japanese strat, but when it comes to bending and sustain, the best yung PRS ko, and this video explain it all kung gaano kaganda ang PRS Guitars, more power to you PAX, and naka abang ako sa mga next video context mo, high quality at ang galing at madaling maintindihan yung mga explanation mo sa mga topics or content mo, keep up the good work bro ^^
Meron akong PRS body na guitar and gusto ko na sana ibenta para makabili ng strat but thanks for this feeling ko dalawang gitara meron ako. minod ko din electronics ko ginawa kong pang LP naging 4 knobs and 1 pickup selector. THANK U SO MUCJ

yung dragon inlay ng PRS na ni model ni kanami tono ang favorite ko na custom...well dahil favorite guitarist ko si kanami tono ng band maid infact nag iipon ako ng pera sa PRS kasi warm tone niya tsaka stylish to look din naman
I have the SE Standard 24 may tuning issues ako dahil sa nut.
after I've replaced the nut (tusq nut) stable na tuning ng gitara ko. a cheap must upgrade sa SE models.
next upgrade ko is locking tuners for easier string change.

@@PAXmusicgearlifestyle Tone Zone (w/c is a bridge pup) sa Neck. Binaba ko na lang siya sa height as low as possible, then as high as possible yung 500T sa bridge. May slight output difference pa rin, pero mas gusto ko rin namang mas slightly malakas yung neck kapag middle position.
May budol story kasi yung Tone Zone kaya napilitan akong gamitin/panindigan lol.

i own as of now, 1998 mim strat, 06 squier, old behringer metalien strat, prs 25th anniv custom 24, lp standard, prs se cus 24 "floyd". gustong gusto ko ng PRS pero, biggest "problem" ng prs for me is, they are too "perfect and uniform". wala syang "flaws" na meron sa ibang guitars that sometimes gives them character. which is both good and "bad" thing.

Kudos Sir Pax! I recently acquired an SE Custom22 and there's nothing student (SE - Student Edition) about it. What you spoke of in your video is true...it's ready for gig and recording...given a very minimal setup. I love humbuckers and single coils or an HSS config but I love how PRS could be the best of both worlds! Thanks for the awesome video, very informative🙌🙌🙌 new subscriber here! Keep it up!
Dibaaaa dibaaaaa 🥲🥲🥲 kamusta neck pickup ng CU22? OMG that is so rare dito
Just as you said in your video, the neck pickup is much more beefy and creamier than in cu24 which is why I opted for a cu22...in simillar reviews between a 24 and a 22, the 22 sounds more vintage rock similar to an LP which is also more of the same vintage sound. Personally, if you want a full humbucker, one should go for an epi or Gibson LP. PRS, or a single coil to a Squier or a Fender while PRS has the best of both of them, it still has its own distinct sound. Plus an SE is a no non-sense guitar line. My se cu22 plays smooth and plays great. Im surprised i didnt even have to intonate it out of the box.

Planning to get the PRS SE Custom 24 Amethyst (Korea) i think 2017 sya. Meron kay Plug N' Play. Worth it ba? Di ko kasi trip ung color ways ng 2023 model.
Grabe sir Pax very satisfying ng content nyo sa mga nangangarap bumili nyan like me. Definitely a go to channel when it comes to guitars/music. Keep on posting lang po! Suggestion for a video lang, for a first time buyer ng electric guitar ano po kaya magandang bilhin? Ung versatile na for all genre, with tremolo sys/whammy bar and of course kung papipiliin ung swak na sa budget but hindi tipid sa value. Nonetheless sir kung ano lang po opinion or take nyo if 1st time plang po kayo bibili na tingin nyo tlgang worth na worth.. If hindi po mggwan ng content sana mapansin nyo lng po, kht sa comment nlng po sagot hehe would really appreciate your suggestions sir. More power to you!
