Seems a bit cheaper with all of the high end restaurant and commercial grade equipment heck even the juicers and what looks to be an ice cream machine with the costs of just the two of those particular items one would have to guess or imagine the total cost would be in the neighborhood if not going over that region of $15,000 to $18,000 and with electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and stainless steel all of those Accessories would be over $45,000. See the prices are gradually going up
