2005 will always be the best and UG2 the second. Also most wanted 05 seriously needs a remaster (better environment graphics) and maybe a few more cars. Everything else is perfectly fine

I cant still believe that such a good game was made by EA. See where EA is right now.
I have to disagree, for a start the Forza games are some of the most realistic and playable games, yes they get boring after a while but you can return to them no hassle. Next is the NFS series, the remake for most wanted was good, Rivals was a great edition showing both sides of the story and back to Carbon, I liked it more than the original Most Wanted, I think Nostalgia is a big reason why we say these games are superior, don't get me wrong these games were ahead of their time however it still doesn't match to modern day games where you most likely don't have time for games like you used to.

When I started the final pursuit sgt. cross ordered every unit after me, local, state and federal units. I also liked the final scene when cross is at his desk issuing a nationwide arrest warrant on me with note to apprehend me at all cost. Ah good memories.

Most Wanted and Carbon are connected, following the storyline when the protagonist jumps the bridge he goes to palmont city ( nfs carbon ), still would want to see the 3rd part

they should make a Sequel for NFS Carbon, so the guy That we play as in NFSMW and Carbon would return, and he would find his BMW and then fix it and we could drive it, it has all the good parts of course removed from it, so it would start as a stock, but everything else would be the same.

Ahhhhhh the memories!!!!! I still remember after doing all those races with razor I had such a tough time getting away from the cops but still managed to do it after a lot of tries. Thank u EA for making my childhood this amazing.
Man, I never had issue with razor at all. My only tough opponent were Earl. He had an evolutionary car when we compare to our car while racing him... I couldn't beat him until I found some shortcuts in game.. Some glitch helps

Lol those were the only games I ever played or bought in the franchise
NFS Underground , Underground 2 , Most Wanted and Carbon are the same story of our player. After the events of Carbon ( I mean the faithfull night - Toyota Supra ) player went to Olympic City ( NFS Underground ) , then goes to Bayview ( Underground 2 ) , then to Rockport City , and the goes back to Carbon. You can find out of it in the book " I am Most Wanted " , in this book is complete story of our guy , which hes name is Thomas ;) After defeating Darius , Thomas was racing on Canyon with Nikki , then he fell out the Canyon , Cross and Niki helped him. After few months he goes back with Nikki and Cross to Rockport City and make new Blacklist racers , and thats where story ends.. Because the book ends in that way. It was rumored to the book to be the part 2 but never came out ;/ sadly
Hot pursuit 2 was better than carbon. The only thing that sucked about it was you couldn't mod your car. But everything else about it was better than carbon.

as a kid i never really understood the lore of this game until we got crosses call in the final pursuit, Cross says dat due to the races we had with the black list racers the police were able to pick up their locations and then quickly arrive only to arrest them.
So who was the one dat set us up from the get go to race against all of them?

In the final pursuit after we beat Razor, we know dat Razor was going to refuse giving us back our car, but Mia snatches the keys and tells him dat its over he lost fair and square, but once again Razor refuses to lose and attempts to take the keys back only to get knocked down by Mia, all of a sudden all of Razors goons run at Mia ready to pummel her only for her to reveals a police badge shocking Razors goons forcing them to raise their hands up.
At this moment the player/hero realizes dat Mia was a traitor and was the one who called the police on dat very day when Razor sabotaged he's car forcing him to have no way of escaping the police and was left there to get arrested, this makes the player/hero very upset, but dat all gets interrupted with the sirens of the incoming police, but the problem is Mia has our keys to our car
but, whats strange is instead of her keeping our keys and to get us arrested by the police she yells at us to go and trows the keys at us, of course we grab them and we speed off, Razor gets arrested and in my prediction the rest of hes goons too.
So now the final Pursuit starts with Cross first telling us dat we were the reason why all of the blacklist racers were arrested and offer to spare us if we decided to quit, but of course we ain't gonna stop for ya, now in this entire pursuit i could imagine the hero is trying hes best to head back to the save house since dats were its best to hide to get this pursuit to end
however tho as we slowly start arriving to the save houses we get a call from Mia telling us not to hang up
Mia tells us dat the save houses are not worth going to as Cross and the rest of the police department know about them so Mia tells us to go full speed to head to the bridge and to jump because its the only way to escape them and she was right, and there we get our ending of the game we escape the police and carbon starts.
but, the biggest question is what happen to Mia?
Why did she help us in the end?

Goddamn how time passes by.......10 years ago......I remember when i first played this game, it was so awesome that i can't describe it in words. Every day i came back home from work, i played it, cause i loved everything about it....the cars, races, tunning, cutscenes, soundtrack....and of course cop chaces xD. Good old memories that will never die. Im a huge fan of the franchise, i played every single one of them but honestly, imo, Most Wanted 2005 is the best NFS game, followed by Underground 2.

The OST is one of the best. Paul did an amazing job composing the pursuit music, also this game is probably the one that introduced me to Bullet For My Valentine and Disturbed just as how Underground and Underground 2 had introduced me to Story of The Year, BT, Static-X, Asian Dub Foundation, Junkie XL, Mudvayne and Skindred. A7X's Blinded in Chains during as race, anyone? I remember playing against my cousins on the World Loop on PS2. Fun times. Sure, I may be called out wearing rose tinted glasses for calling this is the best NFS game ever made. But keep in mind this was made in the era when gaming was at its peak, when the new technologies in game engine just about to emerge, innovative gameplays, various titles were released and new franchises were born and the PS2 was the one that carry the 2000's. Nowadays, it doesn't look like gaming anymore, games look incomplete where extra charges are need to get what's not in there, devs bet on next gen graphics where they look like glorified tech demo than a game and let's not talk about social climate and trends. A little bit of nostalgia should pull me away from this current mess. This game is what escapism look like.
