Didn't think a sci-fi playlist would work so well for editing a horror/thriller story, but it's working. And a good thing too, because my publisher wants this one back by tomorrow night. Wish me luck!
Publishers put a deadline on writers? It's writers that should be putting a deadline on them. We don't need publishers, they're archaic legacy media. Good luck.
Alright, these pictures/animations are just the cutest! :D In case someone is wondering if they've seen them all: Robot reading with finger on the screen Robot contemplating Robot listening to his sholder friend Robot smiling at winking friend on screen On screen friend is sometimes wiggling In the background are two friends riding up on the machine The machine breaks sometimes and is fixed Little guy on the floor rips out the page when he finishes reading xD
I’ve been in such a bad slump lately (doing a whole rewrite of a novel is a daunting but necessary task) but this playlist got me back into it and I’m making progress for the first time in a while!!
I'm so glad Benji and his team curated another list of fantastic music! That being said, they we're no slouches on the art either! I love all the little details, and seeing a new part of the foundry!
Im not an official writer or anything. I just like writing in my free time every once in a while but this music is really helping with my story so far!
OH MY GOD ANOTHER ONE THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUUU I LOVE THESE NEVER STOP ❤️❤️❤️ I love that you’re more of a creativity/writing channel but every time you choose to do music you absolutely knock it out of the park, even moreso than channels completely dedicated to doing music.
I listen to music whenever I go to sleep and your music is aMAZING because it doesn't have those clicks like lofi does and songs are too distracting. Your music kind of tells a story and it helps me focus on something else while I'm trying to sleep. goodnight
Well, this is a mood. (lol) I actively look for stuff like this but the music is never atmospheric and abstract enough. Also the first little theme is fair music for the mystery of the hotel drawer that keeps opening by itself in my hotel room. I gotta try and go to sleep wondering if it will be open in the morning. It’s random, silent, and we never see it in the process of opening. I figured there was a fault in the construction of the dresser but then you’d see it gradually roll out… wouldn’t you?
I must add to the masses and say I love this series. The music is wonderful and the animation is beautifully whimsical. I had tried a few music collection videos and they were fine and then your video for Music for Worldbuilding popped up and I’m so glad it did. I listen to these when reading and I’ve started some solo TTRPGs that are kind of like writing prompts with dice added to spice things up. This playlist will definitely be a favorite to listen to while writing! I can’t help but wonder if you’ll do other genres if you choose to continue this series. Horror, mystery, romance… the possibilities are intriguing. Thank you for your hard work on these videos, they are absolutely delightful.
Something about the stars, the moon, and the grand expanse of space and its endless void makes me want to step out of the safety of earth’s atmosphere. Much like the lull of the dark sea at night, speckled with the light of its inhabitants and their bioluminescence. I have no knowledge of what may be laying beyond until I force myself to breathe deeply and jump. A leap of faith, if you will. Letting myself fall helplessly into what humanity naturally fears, until I'm lifted by the gentle hands of knowing what is beyond the safety of my own cage that I once called home. The weightlessness of the great void that I stare into lifts the weight of my worries and my stress that have long settled into my bones. Earth is so small, yet so big. Great cities that would take days to traverse from end to another, the seemingly ending swaths of trees that cover whole states and provinces, the roads that stretch from one continent to another as nothing in the eyes of those who journey beyond. Becoming nothing but speckles as the earth turns as I float away. I can feel the heat of the sun kissing my skin through my clad of white as I face it and the cold of the void hug me from behind. I'm flying. But without the pull of earth, my home, my burden, my birthright, I cannot land from my flight. Yes, I'm scared. I'm lonely. But I'm free. And until I close my eyes as I draw my last breath, I'm free. I am no master of poems. Nor of speaking elegantly, but I will say this for those who look to space and see nothing but wonder. It's a leap of faith, and all you need is to have faith in yourself.
it's funny, one of the first videos I saw of you ended with a little gross, fleshy taleoid-looking monster that skittered away, and I was fully expecting that to be part of the "story" you were all creating for this channel, but listening to this made me realize that that's not really what you're after, sure there's a fun story about a robot who runs a library and his little mechanical companions, but the meat and potatoes, so to speak, are in the storeis you teach us about
Thank you!! The music is something really special: it helps to connect to your soul, evokes emotions and remembrences, new thoughts... it's just LOVE! thank you again, i love studying and thinking with your compilations, i know this channel for that. I suggest a new video about music, bye!
why is the robot so sweet like the subtle animation... just is so good, looks like one of he characters from a book that you'd create just for the plot though and one where everyone is begging for them to be brought back...
This is great! really puts me in the zone. I can see you guys putting out different themed playlists for different world builders. I can think of a half dozen off the top of my head. Keep up that creative spirit!
Wow, this is incredible! As a sci-fi enthusiast, I can't help but be in awe of this captivating piece. The music perfectly captures the essence of the genre and creates an immersive experience.
i'm playing a saved world i have on the game 'worldbox' and there is this kingdom called "checkpoint alpha" (i named it that), this kingdom has gone through a lot of violence by fighting the cybercores (they spawn robots who have shotguns), anyways checkpoint alpha won, and a couple of in-game years later i see that they have wooden swords in their storage, there's something.... poetic about that.... they have so many salvaged weapons, but yet they crafted wooden swords.... that's poetic.... also i've seen white wizard staffs (throws ice) pop up in the hands of the soldiers of checkpoint alpha later in the war even though most of the white wizards died near the beginning of this human vs robot conflict (they're all gone now😞), it intrigued me. (btw i'm playing worldbox on mobile, so i have to watch ads to get unobtainable "powers", fear not! i don't mind)
Is it just me or are some of the chapters in this video off by a significant margin? With songs overlapping. I will say that the choice of music is nice though, a wide variety for a wide variety of thoughts.

Alright, these pictures/animations are just the cutest! :D

On screen friend is sometimes wiggling
In the background are two friends riding up on the machine
The machine breaks sometimes and is fixed
Little guy on the floor rips out the page when he finishes reading xD
Could you give me the timestamp of when the machine breaks? I've been trying to find it but I think I keep missing it.
@@scp-049 34:11 :)
Thank you!@@christina_1313
Pretty sure the little guys are called Taleoids? And big guy is Talebot.
(In a general grievous voice)A fine edition to my collection
I’ve been in such a bad slump lately (doing a whole rewrite of a novel is a daunting but necessary task) but this playlist got me back into it and I’m making progress for the first time in a while!!
Oh my goodness, i'm doing the exact same thing right now, lmao
This is amazing! I always loved sci-fi and this is really nice to listen to!!
Thats so chill 👌🏻
I love the electronic music, is relaxing exciting ans calm
I'm so glad Benji and his team curated another list of fantastic music! That being said, they we're no slouches on the art either! I love all the little details, and seeing a new part of the foundry!

Currently writing my first Sci-fi novel and this is exactly what I need to keep myself on track. excellent job and keep it up.
And that animation in the background gets me!!!!! So cool!!!
This sounds like grounded soundtrack except its actualy happy and upbeat and would be something i want to listen to
This helped me write through some trauma and make a world based on the magic of color, Rainbow Sages, and the Primary Disciples. So thanks.
Never would I thought sci-fi music would help me edit a fantasy story. Thanks!

Started listening and realized my heartbeat was on beat with the song
Wait I just checked and same!
This is what sci fi music is to me. not just endlessly droning synths..
This is truly a very nice selection of tracks! Rarely these days you find inspiring music in the web chaos. Cheers!!
I'm amazed how you got the tiny screen with sound waves to match the sound so perfectly, vibrating in sync with the music.

This background is stellar to such chill study tunes.
This is beautiful. We need more hopeful science fiction.
I usually never comment on CZcams videos, but this chill beats playlist is awesome - both in terms of animation and music selection. Please make more!

You guys are full of surprises. I love it! Thank you. ❤
I found all three of these Tale Foundry writing videos perfect for writing historical fiction to, for some reason. Thank you ❤

Another success in the toolkit for tale forging. Thanks Talebot!
Amazing mix - thanks for sharing
Thanks dude! ;)
There's lore with this series of Music, I can feel it.
Reading through Asimov's 1st Foundation trilogy with this playlist gives it an eerie, very interesting touch.
I’ll play this the next time i play satisfactory
This is becoming a common thing, and im loving it. (does anyone spell check before posting a comment? just wondering)

We want more Sci-Fi Lofi mixes like this
This is wonderful and perfect!
Just gonna keep this tabbed...
For my webnovel later lol
I've added it to my creative writing 2, playlist. 😊
Very Boards of Canada and Solvent flavoured. Ghostly and gobliny. That's a compliment to yous. Thank you very much.
I've been listening to all your videos on a playlist while playing Elite Dangerous. This is perfect. lol
Hmm I think I've just found the perfect music for my own character Nindroid Erick's full autobiography from his perspective, thank you
Had to take a break from writing since my last comment 4 months ago, but back at it now with fresh ideas and good drive
just sat down to start the working on my eldritch crime horror and this playlist has got vibes i got to say
Sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic :)
Hey This is so well done with creativity and talent. Bravo! I'm an old dude but this is really very cool.
Love from a Vaush and OSC fan!
Dude been waiting for this 💯🧡💜♾️🫶
I'm writing medieval fantasy rn, but already lisened to the whole fantasy playlist lol
interesting... I've actually been looking for a chill playlist to write my space opera to; something besides cyberpunk compilations and trance music.
amazing music going on
meanwhile, in the background, the gears not caring about the laws of physics and being in the same place in the same time:
This is very good music. Trying to decide between this or african lo-fi or some deep house for studying...
personally i love this one
Did not expect this in my subscriptions lmao
Dope.
Playlist is awesome. I highly recommend "Under a Steel Sky" by Xetrovoid to add to your Playlist. It would fit in.
I needed this
I'm makeing a game and yeah
I just needed this lol
YES! FINALLY!
Is it just me or are some of the chapters in this video off by a significant margin? With songs overlapping. I will say that the choice of music is nice though, a wide variety for a wide variety of thoughts.
yup this is exactly what I wanted LETS GO
Nice
Dystopian horror. Horror that different to all.
Very nice.
I have the urge to say that the side angle of the robot looks like V1 or V2 from Ultrakill.
Love it.
6:22 I can't be the only one who thought this was Minecraft OST
Im gonna use this to rewrite my English assignment lol
Awesome
Always more Dragons!
11:44 favorite part, also the timestamps aren't quite right
As Kylo Ren once said: more... MORE!
Just how BIG is the house of the robot!?
seriosly, an attick, an observatory, now a Lab!?
its bigger than my house for sure
Does music contain copyright ©️? Because I want to use it in my videos , it sounds cool and chill for space sci fi.
Dang that beat hits
Do you have a World Buidling and Writing - Urban Fantasy/Supernatural playlist? Can I put in a request if not?
I love it
meat by JCM reminds me of the o to stranger things
I am definitely **not** listening to this while writing an SCP article, no, not at all.
Look up the Deus Ex soundtrack its honestly perfect
I'm just trying to make it through today lol
I love this playlist!
Some of these are incorrect! Can you please tell me the song at 37:15? :(
yeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssss
What is creating? Tiny robot bards to spread his stories? I think that will be cool. But a little inefficient though.
Please make a horror one
I know it may sound like a simple question but I'm stuck...how do you decide which perspective is best to write your story in?
the timecodes are WAY off for some reason?
EDIT: IT's because Ghosts isn't there, seems like the song got cut
